What to build: 关闭端点：任意 stage → status=2，记关闭类型/原因/时间/备注，关后不可回退。标记赢单：stage5 闭环、status 仍 1、锁死不可回退（改需管理员口径留痕）；标记输单：→ stage6、status=3 终态（输单复盘语义后续字段）。对应 spec §3 轴2 与赢输分叉。
