14 — demo 前端：看板 + 列表页
What to build: A5 demo 单页（demo 即验收前端参考实现，真实 Vue 仓由前端团队另做，沿 customer 先例）：看板视图（7 列全画、列头阶段名、每列计数、冲突待处理 badge、stage0 卡片冲突解除入口）+ 列表视图（manage/mine 双 scope、阶段 7 值筛选、报备独立筛、分页），全部走真实后端端点。复用 .scratch/customer-e2e 的 Playwright 基建做自检冒烟（webapp-testing skill）。对照原型页：a5-1-1 看板视图等（lanhu 文本抽取件为底稿）。
