01 — 方案卡 owner 化解耦（prefactor，动 crm-opportunity）
What to build: 方案卡归属从「商机专属」改为 owner_type + owner_id 双归属（OPPORTUNITY / PROJECT）。存量方案卡自动迁移为商机归属；商机侧全部既有行为（客户校验、唯一约束、列表 join）回归不变；PROJECT 归属的落库通道打通，其客户校验分叉接口化留桩（真实现由票 02 接线，桩不可用时给出明确语义）。同步改写 crm-opportunity CONTEXT.md 两处口径并记 ADR。对应 spec §7。

opp_id→owner_type + owner_id，唯一约束换为四列（含 delete_key），存量行自动归 OPPORTUNITY，商机侧回归测试全绿- 商机列表/详情的方案卡数据与迁移前一致（join 加 ownerType=OPPORTUNITY 过滤）
- PROJECT 归属卡可走创建通道，客户校验走接口桩且语义明确（02 接真实现）
- crm-opportunity CONTEXT.md 两处口径改写 + ADR 留痕（方案卡 owner 化解耦）
