## Scope

1. 交付物核对：单文件 Demo + smoke.py + smoke-report.json（四验收标准逐条自检：功能覆盖/字段对齐/流程闭环/齐备）。
2. 双仓未提交变更清单 `assets/uncommitted-changes.md`：backend repo（`git status --porcelain` 全量，分「本 effort 新增(.scratch/customer-demo-ref) / 前序 effort 遗留」两区）+ `D:\code\crm-api-docs`（.bru 修改清单）；注明 agent 不提交 git，留用户审查。
3. map.md 收口：Destination 四标准对照打勾；「Not yet specified」清空或收口。
