定方案卡（P3 商机-方案卡表 + `A7-3-2-2 方案卡模板`）。原型：A3-1-1-1-3 方案卡Tab / A3-1-1-1-3-1 编辑方案卡 / A3-1-1-2-3 新增方案卡。

- **方案卡模板**（住 `crm-rule`，A7-3-2-2）：字段模板（FBB 方案卡字段集）、模板版本/状态/适用范围，与阶段模板"方案卡"节点的关联。

||
|
|
- **方案卡子表**（P3，住 `crm-opportunity`）：一个商机可有多张方案卡？方案卡与阶段节点"方案卡"的关系；方案卡字段（基于模板动态字段 or 固定字段）；方案卡作为"项目基础档案"要带哪些数据（为转项目做准备，转项目本身 out of scope）。
